Welcome to IgoUgo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IgoUgo mobile applications (“IgoUgo” for passengers and “IgoUgo Drive” for drivers), and any related services provided by IgoUgo Inc. (“IgoUgo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
IgoUgo is a peer-to-peer ride-sharing and carpooling platform that facilitates connections between drivers and passengers traveling in the same direction. We provide a digital interface for users to schedule and accept rides, communicate through the app, and process payments securely via third-party providers.
Important Notice: IgoUgo does not own, operate, or control any vehicles or transportation services. Drivers and passengers use the platform at their own discretion and risk. We are not a transportation carrier, and no employment, agency, or partnership relationship exists between IgoUgo and its users.
To use the platform, you must:
Users must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform.
By accepting these Terms, you affirm and certify that all information provided during the onboarding process—including, but not limited to, personal details, identity documents, driving credentials, and background check disclosures—is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false, misleading, or materially incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
All transactions are processed via Stripe. Passengers may be charged a base fare, plus additional fees depending on ride specifics. Drivers are paid based on completed rides, minus any applicable platform fees or commissions.
Passengers must provide the correct OTP to drivers at pickup to confirm the start of a ride.
Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and behave respectfully and responsibly before, during, and after any ride arranged through the IgoUgo platform. This includes conduct at the pickup location, while in the vehicle, upon drop-off, and in any related follow-up interactions.

In the event of an emergency or immediate danger, users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services first. In-app support should only be used after you are safe and any urgent situation has been addressed by the appropriate authorities.
Disclaimer of Responsibility:
By using the IgoUgo platform, you acknowledge and accept that IgoUgo is not responsible or liable for any actions, conduct, injuries, damages, or disputes that occur prior to entering a vehicle, during a ride, or after the ride has ended or the driver has departed. All interactions between users are at your own risk, and IgoUgo does not guarantee the safety, behavior, or identity of any driver or passenger. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:Passengers must provide the correct OTP to drivers at pickup to confirm the start of a ride.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or any behavior that undermines platform integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms from time to time to comply with applicable laws or improve clarity. The latest version will be posted within the app and/or on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
